Shipping and Returns

FitFlop often runs promotions on shipping, like free standard shipping on all orders for a designated time frame. Otherwise, they offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 will be charged a $5.95 shipping fee. Standard shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days to be delivered. They also offer 2-day UPS air service, where orders will be delivered in 2 business days, provided orders are placed before 3pm EST Monday-Friday and the credit card is approved. Orders that are placed after 3pm will be shipped the following business day. If you're just so excited to get your new FitFlop shoes and can't wait, you can pay $38.95 for next day air UPS service and receive your shoes the next business day. All deliveries must be signed for. In the case that nobody is available at the designated address, UPS will attempt to have the parcel signed for and left with a neighbor.
