Shipping Info and Return Policy

charges their shipping fee based off the purchase amount. For orders shipped by standard shipping (approx. 6-10 business days), if they are under $75, an $8 shipping fee is charged. For orders over $200, a shipping fee of 10% of the original shipping amount is charged. With express shipping, orders under $75 are charged a $17 fee and for orders seventy-five dollars and over, a fee of 25% of the order total is applied. Those who want their orders in 2 business days are charged $22 if their order is under $75, and 30% of their original order total if the order amount is over $75. Shipping times are approximate, and can vary depending on holiday schedules and whether the items are in stock.

Express deliveries are only available to customers located in the contingent 48 United States. If an express order is placed by 11am EST, it will be processed on that day and should arrive in 3 business days, or 2, if express plus shipping is selected. Otherwise, orders placed after 11am EST will be processed the next business day, making the delivery dates 4 or 3 business days, respectively. Not all items are eligible for express shipping. Check their website for a list of excluded items. Customers can also select the option to order online and pick up at a store location, which is free at JOANN.

Returns can be processed by mail or in-store. For items returned by mail, fill out the form provided in the shipment and ship it back using the provided return label (if there is one).
