For orders in the continental US, an $11.95 shipping fee is charged, and will arrive through UPS or FedEx. For expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, a $10 surcharge is added in addition to the $11.95 cost. Expedited orders will arrive in 2 business days if placed before 11am CT Monday - Friday. Rush shipping, arriving in one business day, as long as orders are placed before 11am CT Monday - Friday, costs $17.95 for those in the continental US and $17.95 plus a $10 surcharge for those in Alaska and Hawaii.
