About Staples Inc.

Staples is an American multinational office supply retailing corporation. There are over 1,500 locations in North America, and headquarters are located in Framingham, Massachusetts. Staples offers numerous services and supplies to businesses, as well as to individuals for personal use. The first Staples was opened on May 1, 1986 in Brighton, Massachusetts. Shipping, Delivery, and Returns

Staples offers a number of convenient shipping and delivery options. They offer free next-day delivery for eligible orders of $49.99 or over. If you're a Business Rewards Plus member, your order of $25 or more will be shipped free and delivered the next day. You can also order in-store at one of their kiosks and be eligible for free next-day delivery, as well as orders placed through their Auto Restock program (excluding oversized items). Not all items are eligible for free next-day delivery, and in order to be sent in time, orders must be placed by 5pm local time, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Staples accepts returns on any products, so long as they are in salable condition, complete with the original packaging, Universal Product Code (UPC), parts, manuals, and the packing slip or receipt. Certain products have specific return requirements. For example, unopened boxed software that Staples currently sells can be returned at any time for a full refund, as well as any office supplies. Furniture, tech and business machines - like computers, digital cameras, printers and tablets- can only be returned with 14 days of the receipt date. Furniture must be disassembled for return. Items bought online can be returned in-store or by mail. Returns by mail are provided with a return label for shipping.
